Use these operating instructions to f amiliarise yourself with the W ater Timer , the unit’ s features and proper use as w ell as with the notes on saf ety .
7 6 Adaptor for G 3 / 4 thread (26.5 mm) The adaptor supplied allows the W ater Timer to be connected to taps with a G 3 / 4 thread (26.5 mm). If you are using the adaptor , screw the adaptor onto the tap bef ore screwing the W ater Timer onto the adaptor .
9 7. Changing the Batter y / T esting the Battery A T o ensure the W ater Timer runs safely , onl y a 9 V alkali- manganese battery (alkaline) type IEC 6LR61 m ust be used. If the batter y voltage f alls below a certain level the Batt . indicator appears.
