24 WWW .WEBER.COM ® IMPORT ANT INFORMA TION ABOUT LP GAS & GAS CONNEC TIONS WHA T IS LP GAS? Liquefied petr oleum gas, also called LPG, LP gas, liquid pr opane, or simply pr opane or butane, is the flammable, petr oleum-based product used to fuel your grill.

Ther e are two ins tallation options: secur ed to the cylinder brack et on the bottom rack of the cart or plac ed on the gr ound behind the barbecue.

28 WWW .WEBER.COM ® PREP ARING T O USE YOUR BARBECUE WHA T IS A LEAK CHECK? The fuel sys tem in your barbecue featur es connections and fittings. A leak check is a r eliable way to mak e sur e that no gas is escaping fr om any of the connections or fittings.

If bubb les form, or if a bubb le grows, ther e is a leak. Appl y the soap and water solution t o the following connections: a) Manifold-t o-regulat or hose connection (7) .
