IMPOR T ANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Do not use Canister V ac to pick up burning objects. 2. Do not use in an area where dangerous items are stored. 3. Do not apply lubricants to the motor . 4. When you remove the batter y , please make sure it's not placed near high heat or near a risk of short circuit.

BA TTER Y P ACK RECHARGE The batter y pack should be charged for 24 hours before first use. Recharge the Batter y Pack after each use. Recharge ever y 30 days if not in use. The Batter y Pack must be removed from the Canister V ac for recharging. The Batter y Pack is then snapped onto the powered Batter y Pack Charging Unit.
REMOVING THE DIRT CONT AINER FOR CLEANING • There are two lift latches that lock the dirt container to the upper motor assembly . The lift latches must be carefully moved away from the dirt container to release the dir t container . It is easiest to release one lift latch at a time.
LEAD ACID BA TTER Y INFORMA TION Under normal conditions, and by following recharge recommendations, the Canister V ac batter y will give years of ser vice. If the batter y should ever need replacing, follow the Removal and Handling Instructions. Replacement batter y packs can be ordered from V ector Manufacturing, Order Part Number VEC202.
1 YEAR LIMITED W ARRANTY PROGRAM This limited warranty program is the only one that applies to this product, and it sets forth all the responsibilities of V ecto r Manufacturing, Ltd., regarding this product. There is no other warranty , other than described herein.
