2 Getting to Know the B TSC1500 Reading the Display Icons Icon Name What it means Signal strength Shows the rela tive strength of the Bluet ooth signal (appears separately for each c onnection). T ext to speech T ext to speech mode is on. Bluetooth The BT SC1500 is currently pair ed to a Bluetooth device .

4 Setting Up Y our BT SC1500 Charge the Battery Before using y our BTSC1500, charge the battery for at least 3 hours. Charg ing the battery completely (and keeping it charged) will help you get the longest possible talk and standby time out of the battery.

In addition, the BTSC1500 uses te xt-to-speech to announce the caller ’ s phone number . T o tur n text-to-speech o (and back on), press Volume Up & Volume Do wn at the same time.
9 Using the B TSC1500 With T wo Phones Y ou can connect your BTSC1500 to two Bluetooth devices and use them simultaneously . Just pair the BTSC1500 to the rst phone f ollowing the instructions on page 4. When the rst phone is successfully paired , pair the travel kit to the second phone .
