User ’s Manual 3-1 Chapter 3 Connecting to networks Y our device can connect to a va riety of networks and devices, mobile networks for voice and data transmission, Wi-Fi data networks and Bluetooth devices, such as headsets. This chapter will describe how to connect to different networks.
User ’s Manual 3-2 Connecting to networks Determining what network you’re us ing 1. Open the Settings screen. 2. Click Wirele ss & networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names . The name of the wireless service provider you are currently registered with is selected in the list.

Settings Y ou can use Settings to configure how your device sounds, co mmunicates and operates in many other ways.
User ’s Manual 5-2 Settings ■ Network notification: Check this option to receive an alert when an open Wi-Fi network becomes available. ■ Wi-Fi networks: Display a list of Wi-Fi networks yo u’ve previously configured and those detected when the device last scanned for Wi-F i networks.
