4 SAFETY Precautions before using • Unpack all the mat erials. • The installation and connect ing of the appliance must be done by a qualified electrican. The manufacturer can not be responsible for damage caus ed by building-in or connecting errors.
5 • In general do not place any metallic object ex cept cooking pots on the glass surf ace. • Never cover the appliance with a cloth or a protection sheet.
6 • Never put any flammable object (eg. spray s) into the drawer situated under the vitroceramic hob. Cutlery dr a wers must be resistant to heat. Precautions in case of appli ance failure • If a defect is noticed, switch off the appliance an d turn off the electrical supply.

9 Power selection z one “SLIDER” and timer sett ing zone To select the power with the slide r, slide your finger on the “SLIDER” zone. You can already have a direct access if you put your finger direct ly on the chosen level.
