4 ASSEMBL Y TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBL Y (2) 1/2" Wrenches (1) Screwdriv er (1) Pliers (1) Hammer FIGURE 1 STEP 1: (SEE FIGURE 1) • Remov e all items from car ton and la y out as shown on pages 3 and 4. • Assemble the axle clamps (U) and f our 5/16" hex nuts (SEMS) (E) to the f actor y installed bolts in the frame tubes.
5 STEP 3: (SEE FIGURE 3) • Assemble a hitch arm to the inside of a frame tube under neath the tank. Use two 5/16" x 2" hex bolts (A) and 5/16" nyloc k nuts (F).
6 FIGURE 8 STEP 7: (SEE FIGURE 7) • Assemble the large (P) and small (O) spr ay gun clips to the side of the tank using two #10 x 1/2" scre ws (D) and #10 lock w ashers (I).
7 NEVER allow negativ e pin on plug to come in contact with positive "Hot" post on batter y . Fire or explosion ma y result. IMPORT ANT : Connect to 12 volt batteries only! 9 HOW TO USE YOUR SPRA YER BEFORE ST ARTING It is important to test the boom and spra y gun with plain water bef ore using chemicals. This will enable y ou to check the spr ay er for leaks and to set the spra y patter n and nozzle pressure. If a leak should occur , thread tape ma y be used to better seal the fi tting.
