10 Co-linear Hearthmount Installa tion The Jøtul GF 200 D V Lillehammer may be v ented through a masonry fireplace using Simpson Dura- V ent Chimney Liner Conv ersion Kit 923GK.
11 Masonr y or Pre fabricated Chimne y Co nv ersion The GF200 DV Lillehammer is approv ed for use with Simpson Dura-v ent Chimney Kit #934 in a masonry chimney or a pr efabrica ted solid fuel listed chimney . These installation requirements must be followed: 1.
12 Horiz ontal V enting (Horizontal T ermination) • The maximum horizon tal run made directly off the rear of the stove into a standard horiz ontal cap (#984 or #985) must be no more than a 9” section of Simpson Dur a-ven t (#907B). See F igure 12-1.
13 W all Shield Installation When horiz ontally v enting direc tly of f the rear of the stove, install the decorativ e W all Shield #129349, (included in the stove), to c over the top of the venting hole in the w all. See Figure 14. 1. R emov e the top four 1/4” he x head screw from the rear shroud of the stov e.

16 Gas C on version Procedure See F igur e 29, page 25 for parts identification. 1. T urn off gas supply to the stove. 2 . Remov e the stov e T op Plate (3). 3. R emove the Fr ont Panel. Using a 10mm open- end wrench, loosen the two bolts holding the Fr ont Panel (1) to the side panels (2).
17 C onnec t the Gas Supply The gas supply line connection is made to the valve just inside the left r ear leg. The gas supply line should be 3/8" npt with a 1/2" diameter supply , or the appr opriate siz e to pro vide sufficien t gas pres- sure to the v alve r egardless of the input setting.
18 Leak T est: • Mix a 50-50 solution of water and dish soap. • Light appliance- see lighting instruc tions on page 21 of this manual or on the stove’ s rating plate.
19 Dera ting Procedure: T o derate this unit, install the appropria te orifice as shown in the High Altitude char t. 1. Remov e the two ¼” hex head screw that holds the burner tube/log support to the bottom of the stove. 2. R emove the burner tube/log support to e xpose the main burner orifice.
20 Install the Log Set The Lillehammer is equipped with a one piece log set and is packaged in bubble wrap inside the firebox. The log set must be removed fr om the pack aging and arr anged in the unit prior to start up of the gas stove. Do not handle the log set with your bar e hands.

22 3. Burner Adjustment: The Lillehammer is equipped with a v ariable gas c ontrol v alve. that provides easy adjustment of the flame height appearance and hea t output . T o adjust the flame between the H I and LOW setting, rotate the HI / LO W knob, located in the cen ter of the valve f ace.

Immediately ligh t the pilot by triggering the spark ignitor (push the red button repeatedly) until pilot lights. Continue to hold the c ontrol knob in for about one minute after the pilot ligh ts.
