Shroud Removal 8 311772G Reassembl y 1. Angle left shr oud half (5 ) into base and push down into place . Then replace right shroud half (7). 2. Replace and tig hten second scre w (30). 3. Swing access door do wn (R TX 1250) and tighten knob (42). 4. Tighten scre w (70) into low er right corner of side access plate.

Remove scre w (7 0) from side acc ess panel. 5. Pull access pane l (13) out to release 3 fastening tabs and flip up to expose side access to pump.

Piston/Cylinder 311772G 15 Reassembl y 1. Replace piston (77) and cylinder (76) and use 7/32 in. allen wrench to tighten hex screw (87) into piston rod. 2. Replace v alve plate (75) wit h ribs facin g up tow ard head. 3. Replace th ree bolts (100) and use 1/2 in.

Motor 18 311772G Reassembl y 1. Angle moto r pulley th rough compressor belt (84) and pull moto r (71) into position. 2. Tighten tw o mountin g bolts (105) on motor (7 1) until snug, the n back 1/ 8 of a turn.

Cooling Tube 20 311772G Reassembl y 1. Inser t ne w cooling tube fitt ing and use 5/8 in. wrench to t ighten. 2. Inser t cooling tube ( 79) and push into ne w fitting (86). Mak e sure tube is fully seated. 3. Rotate cooling t ube around and insert free end into push-to-connect fitting.
