Y our spra yer includes an 0.015 in (0.38 mm) tip f or use in most spraying applications. Use the f ollowing tab le to deter- mine the range of reco mmended tip hole siz es f or each fluid type.

Troubleshooting 309225W 23 Pump does not prime. Spra y -Prime/Drain V alv e (J) is in SPRA Y position. T ur n Spra y-Prime/Drain V alv e to PRIME/DRAIN positio n (pointing down). Inlet screen (L) is clogg ed or suction tube (G) is not immersed. Clean debris off inlet screen and mak e sure suction tube is at bott om of paint pail.
Troubleshooting 24 309225W Pump cycles, b ut paint only dribbles or spur ts when spra y gun is tr ig- gered. Pressure is set too low . Slowly turn Pressure Control Knob (C) cloc kwise to increase pressure setting and v erify if spra yer pressure increa ses.
Troubleshooting 309225W 25 Motor is hot an d runs in ter mittently . This is NO T a thermal overload con- dition. Motor au tomatically shuts off due to excessive heat.
