Lift-Off Oven Door The door is very heavy . Be careful when removing and lifting the door . Do not lift the door by the handle. T o remove the door: Fully open the door . Pull the hinge locks down toward the door frame, to the unlocked position. A tool, such as a small flat- blade screwdriver , may be required.

Allow the cooktop to cool. Use a single-edge razor blade scraper at approximately a 45° angle against the glass sur face and scrape the soil. It will be necessary to apply pressure to the razor scraper in order to remove the residue.
