3 Befor e Using for the Fir st Time – Read the instructions car efully before installing and using the applianc e. – After unpacking the appliance, check that it is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your supplier or a qualified engineer .
4 Important Saf eguar ds and R ecommendations – Do not carry out any cleaning or maintenance without fir st disconnecting the applianc e from the electrical supply. – During and after use of the double oven, cert ain parts will become very hot. Do not touc h hot parts.

6 T op Natur al Conv ection Oven Gener al Featur es This oven features 2 differ ent thermostatic contr ol functions to satisfy all cooking r equirements, pr ovided by 3 heating elements: – Upper ele.
7 Thermostat Knob (Fig. 2) This only sets the cooking temper ature and does not s witch the ov en on. Rotat e clockwise until the r equir ed temperatur e is reached (fr om 50 °C to 250 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminate when the oven is switc hed on and turns off when the oven reac hes the correct temper ature.
8 Ov en Cooking Befor e introducing the food, pr eheat the oven to the desir ed temperatur e. For a correct preheating operation, it is advisable to remove the tray from the oven and introduc e it together with the food, when the ov en has reac hed the desir ed temperatur e.
9 Lo w er Main Fan Ov en Gener al Featur es The heating and cooking in electrical hot air ovens tak e place by for ced convection. The element which make this pr ocess take place is: – Circular elem.
10 Thermostat Knob (Fig. 5) This only sets the c ooking t emper atur e and does no t swit ch the ov en on. Rotat e clockwise until the requir ed temperature is reac hed (from 50 °C to 250 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminate when the oven is switc hed on and turns off when the oven reac hes the correct temper ature.
11 Lo w er Ov en Cooking A dvice Cooking with F or ced Air Fan cooking is more economical and quicker than cooking in a conventional oven. The moving hot air surrounds the f ood and penetrates it more quic kly than in a conv entional oven. The oven can be filled with different dishes all requiring the same cooking temperatur e.
12 Electr onic Pr ogr ammer (Low er Main Ov en only) The electronic progr ammer is a device that groups together the following functions: – 24 hour clock with illuminated display – Timer (up to 23 hours and 59 minut es) – Programme f or automatic oven c ooking – Programme f or semi-automatic oven c ooking.
13 Setting T ime of Da y (fig. 7) The pr ogrammer is provided with an electronic clock with luminous figur es showing the hour and minutes. The first time the oven is connected up to the electricity supply and after a power cut, three zeroes will flash on the progr ammer display.
14 Minute Minder The minute counter function consists simply of an acoustic signal which can be set for a maximum of 23 hours 59 minutes. If the letter A is flashing, press the tw o buttons simultaneously. T o set the time, pr ess button and then button or until the r equired time appear s on the display (Fig.
15 Semi - Aut omatic Cooking This aut omatically swit ches the ov en off after the r equired c ooking time. There are tw o methods of semi- automatic cooking: 1 .

17 Do’s and do not’s – Do always grill with the ov en door closed. – Do read the user instructions car efully before using the double ov en for the fir st time.
18 Car e and Maintenanc e It is advisable to clean when the appliance is cold and especially for cleaning the enamelled parts. Av oid leaving alkaline or acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar , etc.) on the surfaces. Av oid using cleaning products with a c hlorine or acidic base.
19 Replacing the Ov en Lights W ARNING: Ensur e the appliance is switc hed off befor e replacing the lamp to a void the possibility of electric shoc k. – Let the oven ca vity and the heating elements to cool down; – Switch off the electrical supply; – Unscrew the pr otective cover C (fig.
20 Assembling and Dismantling of the Side R unner Fr ames – Assemble the wire r acks to the oven walls using the 2 scr ews (Figs. 1 6-1 8). – Slide the tray and rack into the runners (Figs. 1 7-1 9). The rac k must be fitted so that the safety catch, which stops it sliding out, fac es the inside of the oven.
21 Ov en Doors Remo ving the Ov en Doors The oven doors can easily be r emoved as follows: – Open the door to the full extent (fig. 20a). – Open the lever A completely on the left and right hinges (fig. 20b). – Hold the door as shown in fig. 20.
22 Ov en Doors - R emov able Inner Pane of Glass Cleaning the Panes o f Glass The oven doors ar e fitted with no. 2 panes: - no. 1 outside; - no. 1 inner; T o clean the panes on both sides it is necessary to remove the inner pane as follows.
23 Replacing the Inner P ane of Glass 1 . Make sure the door is loc ked open (see fig. 23). 2. Replace the inner pane: – Check that the f our rubber pads are in plac e ( D in Fig. 26). – Insert the pane in the left E and right F slide guides (fig.
24 AD VICE FOR THE INS T ALLER Important Appliance installation and maintenance must only be carried out by QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS and in compliance with the local saf ety standar ds.
25 T o Build in the Double Ov en • The appliance should be installed b y a QUALIFIED INS T ALLA TION TECHNICIAN. The appliance must be installed in complianc e with regulations in f or ce.
26 Installation "A" betw een Existing Side Cabinets (560 or 600 mm GAP) (figs. 32, 33, 34, 36) – Mount the 2 (two) metal supports “ B ” (supplied with the appliance in a separat e kit) as indicated in Figs.

28 Installation "C" By Using Housing Unit (figs. 3 7 , 38, 39) • Remove the single ov en shelf, if tted, as indicated in gur e 37 . • Remove the upper cr oss member support as indicated in gure 38. • Cut the bottom of the housing as indicated in gur e 38.

30 Fixing the Double Ov en The double oven should then be secured by 6 scr ews (not supplied) fitted into the holes provided at the sides of the oven (Fig. 40). If you open the oven door s, you will see some screw holes. Remember the housing should not be fr ee standing but be secured to the wall and/or adjac ent fittings.
31 IMPOR T ANT : – T o avoid damage t o the lower trim please note the f ollowing instructions. – The lower trim is designed to allow f or good air circulation and the corr ect opening of the oven door .
32 Electrical Installation For your saf ety please r ead the follo wing information: W ARNING! Befor e effecting any intervention on the electrical parts the appliance must be disconnected fr om the network. IMPOR T ANT : The ov en must be installed in accordanc e with the manufacturer’s instructions.
33 Connection the Double Ov en Mains Cable Important! This ov en must be connected to the mains po w er supply only by a suitably qualified per son. Unscrew the scr ews A securing the cover plate B behind the oven (fig. 44). – Remove the c over plate B .
