3 Befor e Using for the Fir st Time – Read the instructions car efully befor e installing and using the applianc e. – After unpacking the appliance, check that it is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your supplier or a qualified engineer .
4 Important Saf eguar ds and R ecommendations – Do not carry out any cleaning or maintenance without fir st disconnecting the applianc e from the electrical supply. – During and after use of the double oven, cert ain parts will become very hot. Do not touc h hot parts.

6 T op Natur al Conv ection Oven Gener al Featur es This oven features 2 differ ent thermostatic contr ol functions to satisfy all cooking r equirements, pr ovided by 3 heating elements: – Upper ele.
7 Thermostat Knob (Fig. 2) This only sets the cooking temper ature and does not s witch the ov en on. Rotat e clockwise until the r equir ed temperatur e is r eached (fr om 50 °C to 250 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminate when the oven is switc hed on and turns off when the oven reac hes the corr ect temper ature.
8 Ov en Cooking Befor e intr oducing the food, pr eheat the oven to the desir ed temper ature. For a correct preheating operation, it is advisable to remove the tray from the oven and introduc e it together with the food, when the ov en has reac hed the desir ed temperatur e.
9 Lo w er Main Fan Ov en Gener al Featur es The heating and cooking in electrical hot air ovens tak e place by for ced convection. The element which make this pr ocess t ake place is: – Circular ele.

11 Lo w er Oven C ooking A dvice Cooking with F or ced Air Fan cooking is more economical and quicker than cooking in a conventional oven. The moving hot air surrounds the f ood and penetrat es it more quic kly than in a conventional ov en. The oven can be filled with different dishes all requiring the same cooking temperatur e.
12 Electr onic Pr ogr ammer (Low er Main Oven only) The electronic progr ammer is a device that groups together the following functions: – 24 hour clock with illuminated display – Timer (up to 23 hours and 59 minut es) – Programme f or automatic oven c ooking – Programme f or semi-automatic oven c ooking.
13 Electr onic Clock (fig. 7) The programmer is equipped with an electr onic clock with illuminated numbers which indicates hours and minutes. Upon immediate connection of the oven or after a pow er cut, three zer os will flash on the progr ammer display .
14 A U T O A U T O Aut omatic Ov en Cooking T o cook food automatically in the ov en, it is necessary to: 1 . Set the length of the cooking time 2. Set the end of the cooking time 3. Set the temperatur e and the oven c ooking progr am. These operations ar e done in the following w ay: 1 .
15 Semi - Aut omatic Cooking This is used to switc h the oven off automatically aft er the desired c ooking time has elapsed. There ar e tw o ways t o set the semi-automatic cooking function: 1 . Set the length of time you need to cook the food by pushing the button and the button to advance, or to go backwar ds (Fig.

17 Car e and Maintenanc e It is advisable to clean when the appliance is cold and especially for cleaning the enamelled parts. Av oid leaving alkaline or acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar , etc.) on the surfaces. Av oid using cleaning products with a c hlorine or acidic base.
18 Replacing the Ov en Lights W ARNING: Ensure the appliance is swit ched o ff befor e replacing the lamp to a v oid the possibility of electric shoc k. – Let the oven ca vity and the heating elements to cool down; – Switch off the electrical supply; – Unscrew the pr otectiv e cover C (fig.
19 Assembling and Dismantling of the Side R unner Fr ames – Assemble the wire r acks t o the oven walls using the 2 scr ews (Figs. 1 5-1 7). – Slide the tray and rac k into the runners (Figs. 1 6-1 8). The rac k must be fitted so that the safety catch, which stops it sliding out, fac es the inside of the oven.
20 Ov en Doors Remo ving the Ov en Doors The oven doors can easily be r emoved as f ollows: – Open the door to the full extent (fig. 1 9a). – Open the lever A completely on the left and right hinges (fig. 1 9b). – Hold the door as shown in fig.
21 Ov en Doors - R emo v able Inner P ane of Glass Cleaning the Panes o f Glass The oven doors ar e fitt ed with no. 2 panes: - no. 1 outside; - no. 1 inner; T o clean the panes on both sides it is necessary to remov e the inner pane as follows.
22 Replacing the Inner P ane of Glass 1 . Make sure the door is lock ed open (see fig. 22). 2. Replace the inner pane: – Check that the f our rubber pads are in plac e ( D in Fig. 25). – Insert the pane in the left E and right F slide guides (fig.

24 Important – Y ou need the following housing area to fit y our oven corr ectly. – The double oven is designed to fit into a cabinet of 600 mm width. – The double oven can be built in the kitc hen units, but you must ensur e that it is properly v entilated.
25 Fixing the ov en Introduc e the oven into the furnitur e opening and fix it with scr ews (not supplied) as figure 32. It is essential that the oven rests on a surface whic h will support its weight, as the screw fixing is only complementary .
26 IMPOR T ANT : – T o avoid damage to the low er trim please note the f ollowing instructions. – The lower trim is designed to allow f or good air cir culation and the corr ect opening of the oven door .
27 Electrical Installation For your saf ety please r ead the follo wing information: W ARNING! Before effecting any intervention on the electrical parts the appliance must be disconnected fr om the netw ork. IMPOR T ANT : The oven must be installed in accor dance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
28 Connection the Double Ov en Mains Cable Important! This ov en must be connect ed to the mains po wer supply only b y a suitably qualified per son. Unscrew the scr ew A securing the cov er plate B behind the oven (fig. 34). – Remove the c over plate B .
