6 R emove the J oybee 210 from y our PC Double click the USB device icon on the task bar . 1. A dialog bo x as show n below appears on the scr een. Sele ct USB Mass Sto ra ge De v ice in the dialog box and press Stop . 2. Another dialog bo x as shown below appears on the screen.
7 3. When the following dia logue box appears on the screen, press OK and disconnect the Joybe e 2 1 0 from the PC. Do not disconnect the Jo ybee 210 from your PC without usin g th e procedure described here or there ma y be loss of data. The proc edure described here may di ffer for the differe nt operating systems.

During playback, pres s and hold MENU/ for two seconds to enter options menu under each main function.

11 A dvanced Operations U sing QM usic QM usic is a softwar e provided to help yo u to orga nize your m usic collection. Y ou can use it to play audio CDs or MP3s on your PC, co nvert audio CD trac ks into MP3 format, create pla ylists , transfer music to y our Joybee 210, burn music CDs and create your o wn music album.

14 Adding music t o the Jo ybee 210 using QM usic Connect the Joybee 210 t o the PC. The icon Jo ybee 210 app ears in the left panel of the QM usic interface, and the dir ectories on the Jo yb ee 210 are displ ayed under the icon.
15 2. Select the files to be added to the Jo ybee 210 by clicking the checkbo xes in fr ont of the files. 3. Click the icon, and QMusic starts conv ert ing the selected files into MP3 files. 4. Afte r the conversion is comp lete d, a Ne w A lb um is added to the left panel.

17 Adding files from a PC to J oybee 210 1. Click the My J oy b e e folder in the left panel. 2. Press and a dialog box opens to help you t o select the desired files. Browse and select MP3, W A V or WMA files to be added t o the Joybee 210 fr om the PC.

Befo re tran sferring the select ed files to J oybee 210 , QM us ic shows a dialog box t o as k if you want to d elete the exis ting files i n the My Joy b e e folder .
19 U pdating Jo ybee 210 automatically with QM usic Y ou can set up the Joybee 210 to be updated with the music from the My J oy b e e folder automatically when it is co nnected to the PC. 1. Click the My J oy b e e folder in the left panel. 2. Press and a dialog box opens to help y ou to select the desired files.

Some WMA songs curre ntly a vailable from the I nternet are c opyrig ht prot ected. This kind of protection method pr e vents unauthorized pers on fr om playing protect ed song files.
33 The Jo ybee 210 Digital Audio Pla yer allocates memory in cluster of 16KB or 32KB . A file of 1 Byte also occupies one clu ster , so a file of a size smaller than the fr ee memor y available might not be transferred to the pla yer .
34 When formatting the pl ayer usi n g the W indows Format c ommand, do not format it using the NTFS file system. Wh y can’ t my QM usic read my J oybee 210? Ma ybe the QM usic yo u are using is not t he latest ve rsion, please uninstall t he old ver s ion and run installation again.
