1 Getting started Preparing to use your Acer n35 10 Installing the Microsoft ® ActiveSync ® software The main function of the Microsoft ® ActiveSync ® software is to synchronise the information on your comp uter with the informati on on you r handhe ld.

Charging your Acer n35 For initial use , you need to charge your handheld for three hours.

NOTE: If the wizard does not automatically appear , launch ActiveSync on your computer by clicking on its icon from Start>Programs.

If you want to convert only certain words, sele ct them before tapping Recognize on th e Tools me nu (or tap an d hold the selected wor ds and then tap Recognize on th e pop-up menu).

Drawings that do not cross three rule d lines will be treated as writin g. TIP: You may want to change the zo om level so that you can more easily work on or view your drawing.
