OPERA TIONAL INSTRUCTIONS 17 ROPE LENGTH ADJUSTMENT Y ou ca n adjust the length between the PULLEY SET(40) an d the HAND STRAP(65). Pull the ROPE(63) from the ga p between ring A a nd ring B a nd ha ng the ROPE(63) onto one of the f our hooks.
18 ST ORAGE Store the AeroPilate s Pro XP686 in a clea n, dry pla ce. It is recommended that two people be available to move the AeroPilate s Pro XP686. T o move the AeroPilates Pro XP686: First, atta ch one of the TENSION SPRINGS(66, 67 or 68) to the EYEHOOK(70) on the SPRING BAR(71) to prevent the CARRIAGE(42) from moving.
19 CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise progra m depends on your physical condition. If you have been ina ctive for several years or are severely overwe ight, start slowly a nd increa se your workout ti me gradually . Increa se your workout intensity gra dually , too, by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise.
