42 2C . S e t t i n g s Device Settings General Sound Settings Silent Mode Use the Silent mode setting when you want to stop the phone from making an y noise. In this mode, the speaker is muted and the p hone only vibrates to notify you of incoming calls, or ot her functions tha t normally hav e a defined tone or sound as an alert.

44 2 C . Se t t i ng s Changing the Screen Orientation Although most screens change orientation if you r o tate the phone into a landscape position, you can manually enable the fe atur e to change the orientatio n for all scr eens when the y ar e r otated.

Allowing Mock Locations If you are a dev eloper who is testin g a GPS applications using this device, y ou can use mock locations to tell the device that the phon e is at dif ferent GPS locations.
