Owner’s Manual: Programs 47 5K Program The 5K Program, ava ilable by pressing the P E R FOR MAN CE key , provides a favor able distance to run or walk depending on your level of fitness. The di stance is fixed at five kilometers (3.1 miles) and cannot be ch anged.
Owner’s Manual: Programs 48 T rack P rogram An oval track appears on the display; one lap around the track represents 44 0 yards (400 m eters). A blinking LED (moving counterclockwise) indi cates your position on the track. Y ou control speed and incline.
Owner’s Manual: Programs 49 T wo Mile Program The distance is fixed at two miles and the incline is preprogrammed. Y ou can change t he speed and override the preprogrammed incline using the arrow keys. This program records your personal best time w hen you select a user I D and complete the program.

T he test ends if no heart rate is detected for 15 seconds, you surpass your target heart r ate (85% of your maximum aerobic hear t rate), o r you complete th e 15-minute time limi t.

M9.57 Low-Impact Treadmill Assembly Gui de 4 Assembly Steps Remove the hood and set it aside. Place the left side upright su pport into the base frame side br ac ket. Secure the upright support to the side br ac ket using four soc k et he ad screws (A) and four washers (B).
