7 6 How to Start Heart Rate Measurement 1. Wear the Polar T ransmitter and the wrist receiver as described pr eviously . 2. Begin with the display showing Time of Day . 3. T o start, choose fr om the following alternatives: One touch start: In the Time of Day mode press and hold the right button of the receiver for 1 second.
