EN 3 TIPS • The position of the chest belt af fects its performance. Move the chest belt along the strap so that it falls above your heart. • Avoid areas with dense chest hair . • In dry, cold climates, it may take several minutes for the chest belt to function steadily .

T o set the user profile: Follow the instructions in the Setting Mode section to select “User Profile” and change the sub-menu settings.
