English ➊ Preparing the unit Open the battery compartment and insert 4 x 1.5v batteries (supplied). Ensure polarity (+/-) of the bat- teries is correct.
English 6 ➌ Fitting the cuff Wrap the cuf f around your bare left arm so that the green colored band (indicating the centre of the blad- der) is positioned 1 – 2 cm above your elbow joint on the inside of your arm (see picture). Important! If you push up your sleeve, ensure it does not constrict the blood flow in your arm.
