Connecting to a home network (LAN) You can connect this unit to your home network (LAN) to perform various types of playbacks and operations as follows.
Wireless LAN . Playing music from Bluetooth device In order to enjoy music from a Bluetooth device on this unit, the Bluetooth device must first be paired with this unit. Once the Bluetooth device has been paired, it does not need to be paired again. 1 Press Bluetooth to switch the input source to “Bluetooth”.

Playing songs from your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad If you update your “iPhone/iPod touch/iPad” to iOS 4.2.1 or later, you can stream music stored in your “iPhone/iPod touch/iPad” directly to this unit. 1 Connect your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad Wi-Fi to the same network as this unit.

Network To use this unit by connecting it to a home network (LAN), you must configure network settings. If you set up your home network via DHCP, set “DHCP” to On (use the default setting).
Friendly Name The Friendly Name is the name of this unit displayed on the network. You can change the Friendly Name according to your preferences. o Select Name Selects Friendly Name from the list.
