4-1 Using the INA W izard 4 The INA W izard prog ram provi des basi c configura tion setting s for the INA module. Th e wizard us es a gra phical user interface (GUI) to g uide you step by step th rough the configuration proce ss. The progra m runs o n platfo rms that use Micros oft Windows 95, W indow s 98, or W indow s NT 4.

5-1 Using the Command Line Interface 5 The ComOS comma nds can be used to configure the INA mod ule directly through the ComOS command line interface. Y ou access th e command line inter face through the console port C0 using a terminal or PC ru nning a terminal emulator .

6-1 Using PMV ision 6 PMV ision is a Java -based program wi th a gra phical user interface (GUI) that can be used to monitor and configure the INA module. Information about us ing PMVi sion on other platforms ca n be found in the PMV ision U ser’ s G uide , which describes the capa bilities of PMV ision in more detail.
Run PMVision 6-2 INA Module Installat ion and Configuration Gu ide Using a Crossover Cable An indepe ndent la ptop or deskt op works tation e quipped with a netwo rk interface card can be us ed to run PM V ison. Connect an Ethernet cr ossover cab le between t he Ethernet connection on the workstation and the Ethernet port on the INA mo dule.
