Please note: When you ar e finished using the cappuccino feature for the day please proceed as follows: a. Remove the Thermal Milk container and place in the refrigerator . b. Remove the flexible hose on both ends and clean with hot water . c. Pull off the Dial component and the Dual Nozzle and rinse under warm water .
20. USING PRE-GROUND COFFEE Y ou can also use pre-ground cof fee, bypassing the grinder . This comes in handy if someone requests decaf cof fee or a decaf cappuccino. Y ou can also use the pre-ground funnel for gr ound flavored cof fee. Please note: Never fill the funnel with instant coffee.

25.2 CAPPUCCINO BUTTON Y ou can change the pre-set volumes for milk and coffee. This allows you to adjust the volume exactly to your cup size. Place a cup underneath the auto cappuccino system. COFFEE READY • Push and hold the Cappuccino Button until the display reads ENOUGH MILK PRESS BUTTON .

Recommendations: If you use the machine only in the morning, leave the auto-off as is. If you use the machine all day long set the auto-off between 3 and 5 hours. This way the machine is always ready and you don’ t have to turn it on and wait for it to warm up again.

27.3 BEAN COVER MISSING When the display shows BEANCOVER MISSING the Z5 will not brew cof fee. For safety reasons the cover must be in place. Make sure the bean cover is in place corr ectly . Please note: If you lose or break the bean cover the Z5 cannot be used at all.
