SECTION 1—GENERAL GUIDELINES Part No. 1114811 15 Lightweight, Standard and Hea vy Duty Wheelchairs If changing the seat-to-floor height, the correct anti-tippers MUST be used to maintain a 1½ to 2-inch ground clearance. Anti-tippers MUST be attached at all times.

DO NOT shift your w eight or sitting position tow ard direction you are reaching as the wheelchair may tip over .

Inv acare wheelchairs have not been designed or tested as a seat fo r any kind of weight training.

Remov e the four button screws and locknuts that secure the two piv ot links to the wheelchair frame and crossbraces. 3. Remov e the two button screws, locknuts and crossbrace saddle that secure the bottom of the crossbrace to the wheelchair frame.
