36 IV . Service Diagnosis A. Diagnostic P r ocedure This diagnostic procedur e is a sequence check that allo ws y ou to diagnose the electrical sy stem and components . Befor e proceeding , check f or correct inst allation, adequat e wat er supply (minimum of 1 0 PSIG, maximum of 1 13 PSIG) and pr oper volt age per unit nameplate .

63 VI. Cleaning and Maintenance IMPOR T ANT Ensure all components , fast eners, and thumbscr ews ar e secur el y in place af ter any cleaning or maint enance is done to the equipment. A. Cleaning and Sanitizing Instructions HOSHIZAKI recommends cleaning this unit at least twice a year .
