Page 6/16 4 Getting Started 4.1 Switching On for the First Time • For best reception fully extend the antenna on the V ERO-1. • Connect the power adapter provi ded to the VERO-1.

Page 8/16 To store a station as a preset: • Tune the radio to the s tation you wish to store. • To store the station, press and hold down the c hosen PRESET button until you see the message ‘preset x save d’. Th e s tation you were tuned i nto is now stored.
Page 9/16 • If required move the antenna around un til the filled blocks move past the empty block. 6 Menu Options To select a menu option press the ‘MENU’ butto n then scroll through the options using the ‘SCAN KNOB’. When you have found the menu option you require press ‘SELECT’ key, (the centre of the scan knob).

Page 12/16 8 Clock & Alarm Functions 8.1 Setting the Clock To set the clock: • Press & hold the DAB/F M button on your radio • Use the SCAN KNOB to choose ‘Set Clock’ • Press SELECT • Use the SCAN KNOB to adjust each time item • Press SELECT to store the setting • You should set year/month/date/ hour/minute 8.
