Remote Control Receiver Battery Installation (Optional) 4 Battery Compartment Door • Locate batt er y compar tment door on back of remote control receiv er . • Loosen scr ew in battery compar tment door with a Phillips screwdriver . Lift to remove batt er y compar tment door .
T esting Sound Reception 5 T est transmitter transmission and remote control receiver reception. Place transmitter in r oom in which you intend t o use it. Rotate transmit- ter pow er/volume dial to turn power on. T urn on a radio . Place remote c ontrol receiver in room in which you int end to use it.

IMPORT ANT! T est sound r eception of this monitor before first time use and whenever y ou change location of transmitter (see page 5). Set transmitter channel switch to same channel as r emote control receiver . Place transmitter in same r oom with child.

Setup & Use Place remote c ontrol receiver where y ou will see or hear it. Unwrap and fully extend AC adaptor c ord for best reception. Inser t AC adaptor jack int o remote control receiv er socket and plug into wall outlet.
Setup & Use 10 Nature Sounds • T o soothe baby , press and hold soothing button (Soothe) on remote control rec eiver for about two sec onds . Y our baby enjoys what you hav e selec ted. • Light/music/nature sounds will turn off after appro ximately five minutes.

Replacing the Light Bulb (Glass Bulb) IMPORT ANT! Should light bulb become non-functional, you are advised to remo ve and replace it. This should be carried out awa y from child’ s sleep or play area. • Loosen screws in light bulb compartment door with a Phillips screwdriv er .
• At an angle , fit reflector over new light bulb . • Align notch in reflector with tab in light bulb receptacle . • Push r eflec tor lens slightly and fit reflector edges into groo ves in light bulb compartment cover . 13 Notch Ta b Groov e • Replace retainer and insert two screws .
