The display will show DELETE ENTRY? Press the CLEAR button again to confir m. The display will show DELETED and you will hear a confir mation tone.
T o set the ringer tone There ar e 4 ringer tones to choose from: TYPE 1-4. The default setting is TYPE 1. Y ou can select a dif ferent ring tone for each group in your director y so you will have an indication of who is calling you when the phone rings, e.
