ASSEMBL Y STEPS Step 1 Open grill hood and remove cooking grills. Refer to your Pro Series owners manual. Step 2 Press the wooden handle onto the end of the right hand spit rod without the threaded section. Step 3 Connect the left and right hand ends of the spit rod.
4 W ARNING ELECTRICAL GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS: This appliance (rotisserie motor) is equipped with a thr ee-prong (grounding) plug for your protection against electrical shock hazar d. It should be plugged directly into a properly gr ounded three-prong r eceptacle.
5 GRILLING TO PROPER TEMPERA TURE: • Use a meat thermometer to be sure food has r eached a safe inter nal temperature. Y ou may order a Commercial-quality thermometer fr om Brinkmann.
