© Acronis, Inc 7 1.2 What y ou can do w ith A cronis Snap Depl oy 3 1.2.1 Take a n image of the master s y stem ( Acronis Snap Deplo y 2.0 functionalit y) First, you create the desired system configuration and save the image of the system hard disk o n a network shar e, detachab le or removable media.

This come s in handy when creat ing an image that you plan t o bur n to multiple CD - R/RW, DVD - R/RW o r DVD+R/ RW later o n.

© Acronis, Inc 53 - on DVD+R /RW, DV D - R/RW, CD - R/RW loaded i n the deploy server media dri ve. The bes t practice is k eeping images on t he deploy server hard driv e. This minimizes n etwork traff ic during deployment. The imag e created on removable med ia has to fit into one media disk.
