5 USING THE BA TTER Y CHARGER Ensure that all installation and operating instructions, and safety precautions are understood and carefully followed by anyone installing or using the charger . Follow the steps outlined in the “Important Safety Instructions” at the front of this User ’ s Manual.
7 USING THE JUMP-ST ARTER This Jump-Starter is equipped with Good/Bad Polarity Indicators. Energy will only flow when proper connections are made to the batter y and frame. Once the connections are properly made, follow the steps below to jump-start the vehicle.
