Pape r and liner dust can accumulate without ef fecting print operatio ns. Contamin ates on the platen roller ca n damage the print head or cause the media to slip when pr inting.

980531-001 A LP 2824-Z User Guide 45 5 Troubleshooting Resolutions 1. The printer is not receiving power . • Have you turned on the printer power? • Check power connections from the wall outlet to the power sup ply , and from the p ower supply to th e printer .

The print head is over temperature. • Printing will stop until the p r int head cools to an acceptable printing t emperature.
