7 [Explanation of Input/Output Section] <On the Instrument> ● Control Bo x Instrument Jack This jack is used to receiv e power from the Control Bo x and transmit the audio signal from the instrument to the Control Box. Use the supplied cable to connect the instrument to the “Instrument J ack” on the Control Bo x.
8 Caution Set up ■ T uning and Changing the Strings The Silent Violin™ is shipped from the f actor y with the bridge unfitted. First, set up the bridge and then proceed with tuning. As the str ings get old, sound quality will gradu- ally decrease, and it will become difficult to tune the in- strument.

11 Usage ■ Sound Output Basics 1 First, connect the instrument to the Control Box using the supplied cable. 2 Connect the supplied stereo inner earphones to the jack with the mark. To reproduce sound from an external audio de vice, use a cable that matches the input jack on the audio device and connect it to the instrument’ s LINE OUT jack.
12 ■ Using the Built-In Effects The SV150 Silent Violin™ f eatures a built-in DSP (Digital Signal Processor) that can be used to add any of the processor’ s 24 effects including re verb to mak e playing more enjo yab le.
