The Toshiba eStudio 352 & eStudio 45 2, eStudio 353 - mul tifunctional devices are designed to serve Worcester State College(WSC) in many way s. The information contained in this guide provides some simple instr uctions to perform a few of the powerful function s that the Toshiba multifunctional provides.
The Toshiba Solu tion…. The Toshiba eStudio 352/452 /353 multifunctional device provides a soluti on to handle your busy WSC office needs. This booklet w as designed to highlight specific featur es .
1. Load 1 or 2 sided originals in the feed or on the glass. 2. Select a feature fro m the touch scr een. 3. Press Start Most copy jobs are prog rammed from this initial scre en.
Select your eStudio Model. Select Properties t o see the features o f your Toshiba. Printing Properti es…. Now y ou may select a hos t of features such as: sorting, stap ling, hole punch, and tw o sided printing from your des ktop.
Press OK to confirm your desired feat ure(s) and then OK t o print. WSC Private Printing…. Your job is held in th e print cue till you release it at the Toshiba dev ice.
Click the radia l button- “ Private Print” Input your pas sword an d remem ber it when you go to the Toshiba eStud io device. Releasing your Private Print jobs at the To shiba device.
Select the Job Statu s button. Select “ Private ” Select your User n ame on the touch s creen Press “passwo rd” and t ype in your passwo rd Select “enter” Select all or which ever print job(s) you wou ld like to print.
Select “Scan”….N ow you have a choice, Scan to E- Mail, Scan to File, or Scan to E-filing. Scan to E-Mail is t he most common form of scanning which cuts down on expensive faxing .
Press the E-MAIL T O button and se lect the addres s . In the address book, selec t the address you w ant to send to . Press the Subjec t, Body , and/or File nam e buttons and enter the information a bout the E-m ail if you desire otherw ise the Tosh iba will supply a naming convention.
In this SCAN TO FILE function, the scanned orig inal data ca n be sent and stored to the S hare folder of the hard disk in the equ ipment or to a Share folder on y our network. It is rec omm ended that the ne twork adm inistrator set up the share d folder for storing t he original data.
The new eStudio T op Access U tility lets y ou see what is going on wi th your Toshiba device f rom y our desktop web bro wser. (Hint- type in the dev ice IP address into y our web brows er) Because your Toshiba is being shared by others y ou can use this u tility to plan your printing, see the status of print, scan, copy , or fax jobs.
Interactive onl ine trainin g is available 24 /7. These tutorials w ill help y ou learn how t o perform comm on user functions at your e-STUD IO device, including: Toner and Pa per Replacem ent .
