1) Open legs and set grill upright sta nding on legs. Note: Legs will lock into slot on side handles. 2) Secure (4) caps over legs locking a rea. Threaded T abs #10-24x3” Screws 1) Lay bottom casting assembly upr ight on level ground. Best to place on top of protecti ve mat or cardboard to reduce scratch ing.
Hitch Pin Qty: 2 Cotter Pin Qty: 2 Hinge Pin Grill Lid Cotter Pin Grill Bottom 1) Attach handle to grill lid using (4) # 10-24 x 3/8” screws. Use ONL Y ha nd driven screwdriver. Do not over tighten #10-24 x 3/8” Screw Qty: 4 Grill Lid Handle #10-24 x 3/8” Screw 1) Attach grill lid to grill bottom usi ng (2) hitch pins and (2) cotter pins.

ST ORING & TRANSPORTING NOTE: Allow grill to c ool down to room temperature before handling. 1) Remove regulator hose assembl y . 2) Fold side shelves into bottom cas ting, and close lid. 3) Fold both legs inward towards cen ter underneath bottom casting.
