44 LCD SCREEN W hen the signal from the transm itter is successfully received by the W eather Station, the icon will be switched on. (If not successful, the icon will not be shown on the LCD). User can see whether the last reception was successful ( icon is on) or not ( icon is off ).
45 MANUAL SETTINGS Press and hold the SET key for 3 second s to enter the SET mode . If you wait 30 seconds without pressing any keys while in SET mode, the d isplay w ill au tomatically return to Mode 1 display. W hile in SET mode, each press of the SET key will advance to the next SET mode item .

49 RELATIVE PRESS URE REFERENCE VALUE SETTING Note: The defa ult reference pressure -value of the barometer is 101 3 hPa when batteries are first inserted. For an exac t measurement, it is necessar y to first adjust the baromete r to your local relative air pressure (related to elevation above sea level) .
50 STORM W ARNING THRESHOLD V ALUE SETTING Define a switching sen sitivity value fo r the Storm warning disp lay at a decrea se of air pressure f rom 3hPa to 9hPa (.09 inHg to . 27 inHg) over 6 hours. (Defau lt 5 hPa). 1. The sensitivity value a nd tendency arrows will st art flashing.
51 1. The wind direct ion will start flashing. 2. Press the ▲UP ARROW key or ▼DO W N ARROW key to toggle from compass directions to degree measurements. 3. If you do not wish to reset the display to f actory defaults, simply press t he ALARM or MI N/MAX key, or wait until th e SET mode time s out and returns to the normal disp lay mode.
52 5. W ithin 2 minutes of inserting the batteries into the thermo-hygro sensor, ins ert the batteries in to the display, makin g sure to align the "+" s ymbol on the batteries with the markings ins ide the batte ry compartment. 6. W ait 5 minutes for the outdoor weather da ta to display.

54 INDOOR TEMPE RATURE ALARMS 1. The high indo or temperature alarm display will be shown. 2. Press and hold the SET key for about 2 se conds. The temperature digit will start flashing. 3. Press the ▲UP ARROW key or ▼DO W N ARROW key to set the high indoo r temperature alarm value.
55 6. Press the ALARM key once . Th e low indo or humidity alarm disp lay will be sh own. 7. Press and hold the SET key for about 2 se conds. The humidity digit will start flashing. 8. Press the ▲UP ARROW key or ▼DO W N ARROW key to set the low indoor humidity alarm value.

59 The icon s displayed forecasts the weather in terms of getting better o r worse and not necessarily sunny or r ainy as eac h icon indicates. For exam ple, if the current weather is cloudy and the rainy icon is displayed, it does not mean that t he product is faulty because it is not raining.
