7. TROUBLESHOOTING 7.1 PROBLEMS OF PICTURE The most common types of picture problems are as follows: IGNITION Black spots or horizontal streaks appear, or the picture flutters or drifts. This is usually caused by interference from car ignition system, neon lamps, electric drills, or other electrical appliances.
