21 Model C 71 2 Op erati ng Pro ced ures Section 6 Operating Procedures The C712 m achine st ores m ix in a hopper. It has two 3. 4 quart (3. 2 liter) capacit y f reezing c ylinders with a t hree spout door.

If any nicks are present , or if the blades ar e worn, replace both blades. If the blades are in good condit ion, install t he scr aper blade clips over the sc raper blades.

31 Mode l C71 2 Op erati ng Pro ced ures 140804 Rinsing Step 1 Pour two gallons (7. 6 liter s) of cool, clean wat er into the m ix hopper. Wit h the whit e hopper br ush, s crub the m ix hopper and t he mix level s ensing probe. Using the double ended br ush, brush c lean the mix inlet hole.
