23 US Connectio ns * W hen you connect a subwoo fer with an aut o standby function, turn off the f unction when watching movies. I f the auto standby function is set t o on, it turns to standby mo de automatically based on the level of the input signal to the subwoofer, and the sound may not be output.
24 US 3: Connecti ng the TV You ca n watch the selected in put image w hen you co nnect the HDMI TV OUT or MONITOR OUT jack to a TV. Yo u can oper ate th is rece iver usi ng a OSD (On -Scr een Display) if y ou conne ct HDMI TV OUT jack to a TV. Before connecting cords, be sure to discon nect the AC pow er cord (m ains lead).

35 US Preparing the Receiver • If you co nnect a sub woofer wi th an auto standby function, set i t to off (deact ivate d). Depending on the characteristics of the subwoofer you are using, the setup distance value may be differ ent from the actual position.

91 US Adjusti ng Settings When one of t he sound fields for m usic is selected, no s ound is output from the subwoofer if all the speakers are set t o “Large” in the Speaker Settings menu. However, the sound will be output from the sub woofer if – th e digital input signal contains LFE signals.
