Getting Started 13 Bundling the Connecting Cab les Untie the A C po wer cord from the plastic cable band and connect the A C power cord to the nearest wall outlet when all the necessary connection is complet ed. Use the same plastic cable band to bundle the connecting cables as illustrated below .
14 Securing the TV Sony strongly recommends taking measures to prev ent the TV from toppling over . Unsecure d TVs may t opple and result i n propert y damage, seri ous bod ily injury or e ven death. Preventing the TV from T oppling ❑ Secure the TV to a wall and/or stand .

Use the optional hardware listed be lo w ( not supplied): • M4 × 14 mm ancho r bolt and M4 nu t (scre wed into the TV’ s T able-T op Stand) . • A screw or similar (attach it to the TV stand). • Rope or chain ( strong enough to support t he weight of the TV).

22 Using PIP Feature Y ou can watch TV while workin g on your PC. PIP ( picture in picture) provides PC input signal and TV channels. The CABLE/ANTENN A input must be connected to use this feature. ( Closed C aptions (CC) is not av ailab le with PIP mode.
Using Feature s 23 Wide Mode The Wide Mode feature allows you to select the screen display t o your prefer ence. Based on the original signal s ource, you may see black bars aroun d t he picture or just on the both sides of the screen. Sometimes you will see the picture fill the full screen.
