7 US Step 3: T urn on the monitor and computer First turn o n the moni tor, then tu rn on th e computer. The install ation of y our monitor is c omplete. If necessary, use the monitor ’ s controls to adjust the pict ure. If no picture appears on your screen • Check tha t the monitor is correctl y connected to the computer.

9 US x Using the MENU /OK button 1 Display the main MENU . Press the MENU/OK button to disp lay the main MENU on your screen. 2 Select the m enu you wa nt to adjust. Highlight the desired menu by m oving the jo ystick towar ds the to p to go up ( M ), towards the bottom to go down ( m ).
10 Adjusting the shape of the picture (GEOMETR Y) The GEOMETRY set tings allow you to adjust the ro tation and shape of th e picture. 1 Press the MENU/OK button. The main MENU appears on the screen . 2 Move th e joystick m / M to highlight GEOM ETRY and press the MENU/ OK button.

12 Technical Featu res Preset and user modes When the monitor receives an input si gnal, it automatically matches the signal to one of the factory preset modes stored in the monitor ’ s memory to pr o vide a high qua lity picture at the ce nter of the screen.

15 US Self- diagnosis func tion This monitor is eq uipped with a sel f-diagnosis func tion. If there is a problem wi th yo ur moni tor or compute r, the screen will go blan k a nd the 1 (p ower) indi cator will eith er light up green or flash oran ge.
