19 Chapter 2 Menus Menu Structure The various functions and operating conditions of the monitor can be set with on-screen menus. Each menu consists of several levels of subsidiary menus or lists of settings.
20 Chapter 2 Menus Menu Structure About menu numbers In this manual, menu numbers are used to classify the menus and show the route that you follow to reach any particular menu. A menu number consists of a letter (alphabetical character) followed by one or more digits.
21 Chapter 2 Menus Menu Directories The menu system for the BVM-series monitors covered by this manual is largely divided into eight menus (or eight menu groups), which are arranged in the main menu. Each of the eight menus consists of many items (subsidiary menus and settings) arranged on several menu levels.
