7 Getting Started Getting S tarted Sett ing Up Your TV Some TV mo dels are packaged w ith a detache d Table-Top S tand so y ou can mou nt your TV to a wall r ight away. If yo u are not mounting the TV to a wall , you will ne ed to attach the T able-Top Stand.

9 Getting Started Detaching the Table- Top Stand from the TV To detach the Table-Top Stand from the TV, rem ove the screws fixed in ste p 2. • Do not remov e the Tab le-Top S tand for any reason o ther than t o inst all corres ponding accessori es on the TV.

Fo r the best poss ible pictu re, make sur e you connect this equ ipment to your TV via th e HDMI or c omponent vi deo (with audio) in put located on the bac k of your TV.
15 Getting Started x Shown with Component Connection • If your equ ipment ha s a DVI outp ut and not an HDMI output, c onnect the DVI outp ut to the HDM I IN 1 (with DV I-to-HDMI c able or ada pter) and co nnect th e audio o utput to the AUDIO IN of PC IN.
16 PC Use the T V as a monito r for your P C by connecting an HD15-HD15 c able connect ion as shown b elow. This TV can also be connecte d to a PC wi th a DVI or HDM I output.
