This owner ’ s manual will provide you with valuable information necessa ry for the proper care a nd maintenance of your new product. Please take a few moments to thoroughly read the instructions and familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects of your new heater .

Pull firmly on the plug , DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord. 16. Always unpl ug the unit before m oving or cleanin g, or whe never the heater is not in use.

5 ASSEMBL Y PARTS Remove all contents from the packaging. The packaging includes the following items: A) 1 Heater head B) 1 Weighted Base C) 1 Decorative Cone D) 1 Base Pole E) 2 Heater Head Connector.
6 BASIC ASSEMBLY To properly assemble this heater you need the supplie d assembly wrench and Alle n wrench (or one of your own). Refer to the parts diagram on page 5 while assembling the heater. PLEASE NOTE : The design of the base in the images below w ill slightly differ from the base p rovided with the heater.
7 4) Before using the heater, align th e power cord with the cutout on the weighted base and secure using the attached fasteners on the bottom of the weighted base. There is one fastener locat ed near the middle of the weighted base, and another fastener located near the cutout at the end of the base.
8 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS Place the heater on a firm, level surface and plug into a grounded 120V 60Hz power outlet. Only operate the heater when it is in the upright position and the base is attached. Refer to the diagram below. The HP2-15-50 Electric Patio Heater is equipped with three heat settings; Low, Medium, and High.
9 MAINTENANCE Unplug the unit and let it cool completely. • To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, dam p cloth. You m ay use a mild detergent if necessary. After clea ning, dry the unit with a soft cloth. • DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or roug h brushes to clean the heater.
10 W ARRANTY One Year Limited Warranty Soleus International Inc. warrants the accompanying Soleus Ai r HP2-15-50 Electric Patio Heater to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the applications specified in its operation instruction for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original retail purchase in the United States.
