GB300 BOILER INST ALLA TION AND OPERA TION INSTR UCTIONS Page 12 Burner Base Assembly 5 thr ough 12 Sections Loosely attach the base baffle to the side panels using 4 5/16 stainless steel nuts . Install the burner base front, side and rear panels as shown in Figures 6, 7, 8 and 9A .

Install three b ur ner tubes in the base, one on each end and one in the middle. Slide the closed end of the burner tube through the slot in the burner base rear panel.

The bleed line m ust be located in a fixed position relativ e to the pilot burner and allowing f or the escaping gases to be readily ignited by the pilot.

Do not attach an y fittings or other devices that would prevent the jac ket panels from fitting o ver them.

Appropriate valv es must be used to pre vent the chilled water from entering the boiler .
