19 Before starting a washing pro gram make sure that: • The water su pply tap is op en. • The correct amount of detergent has been added to the dispenser . • The baskets have been cor rectly loaded. • The spray arm s are able to rotate freely and without obstruct ion.
20 PROGRAMMING In this mode l of dishw asher, all progr amming proce dures can only be carried ou t with the door closed. As lo ng as the door i s open, the PROGRAMS lights ( 4 ) and PHASES/PROGRAM lights ( 7 ) will re main off. SELECTION PROGRAM The progra m selection i s possible through the rel ative buttons (2) .
21 END PROGRAM When the pr ogram fini shes, a buzzer so unds briefly and a ll the PHASES/PROGRAM lights ( 7 ) flash. Press any of t he SELECTION PROGRAMS buttons (2) , stops t he light flashins, a nd the dishw asher is now ready to perform a new cycle; opening and shutting the door or sw itching the applia nce off and on has the same eff ect.
22 ANNULLING A PROGR AM To annul the pr ogram in pro gress, it must first be interrup ted (see “ I NTERRUPTION OF A PROGRAM ”). Now press bu ttons P1 + P2 simultaneou sly and the first th ree program lig hts will co me on.

Installation instructions 2. Installation and hook-up Remove th e polystyrene basket reta iners. Position the applian ce in the de sired place of installat ion. The bac k or sides o f the di shwasher may be place d up against w alls or oth er furniture units.
Installation instructions 2.1 Water supply connection Preventing the risk of clogging or damage: if the water pipe is new or has not been used for a long tim e, before connecting to the water supply check that the water is cl ear and free of impurities, to prevent damage to the appliance.

User instructions 3. Operating instructions Once the di shwasher ha s been correctly insta lled, prepare for use as follows: • Adjust the w ater softening system; • Add the regenera ting salt; • Add the rinse a id and deter gent.
User instructions • Do not use table salt as it contain s insoluble substance s which, over time, m ay damage the w ater softenin g system . • When nec essary, refill t he regenerating salt container be for e starting the washi ng program .
User instructions ADDING THE RINSE AID The rinse aid helps the dishes dry faster and prevents the formatio n of scale deposits and staining; it is automat ically added to the water during the fin al rinse cyc le, from the cont ainer situated on t he inner si de of the door .
User instructions ADDING THE DETERGENT To open the de tergent disp enser cap, lightly press the button P . Add the detergent and close the cap carefully.

User instructions LOADING THE LOWER BA SKET Carefully load flat plates, soup plates, de ssert and s erving dishes, positioning them vertically. Pots , pans and t heir cover s must be load ed upside d own. W hen loading soup p lates and d essert bowls, be sure to leave a gap between them.
