1 INTRODUCTION Product Overview Thank you for purchasing this product! Y our new XACT XTR Port able Boom Box is specifically designed for the XACT XTR, SIRIUS ® S tarmate TM or Brix S treamer GT TM Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver . Package Contents Carefully unpack your kit box and ensure that you have the following items.
2 COMPONENTS GUIDE 3 4 XTR Portable Boom Box The XACT XTR Port able Boom Box provides two controls. There is a Power On/Of f-V olume control and a Slide function control to switch between Sirius Satellite Radio or auxiliary audio input signal. 1. Headphone Jack: A stereo headphone jack allows you to listen to your Sirius Satellite Radio privately .
3 COMPONENTS GUIDE 4 Universal Portable Boom Box 5. Battery Doors: Remove the doors to insert the 8 “D” Batteries (not included). 6. AUX OUT Jack: In the SA T position, the satellite radio audio signal is present at the AUX output jack.
5 BOOM BOX SETUP To set up your XACT XTR Portable Boom Box . Placing your Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver in the Boom Box is simple. Just follow the 5 easy illustrations below . First make sure that the two lock mechanisms are set to the release position.
5 6 Installing the Satellite Antenna Plug the Antenna cable into the Antenna Jack as shown. Installing the Power Cable Plug the adapter into the DC Input Jack as shown.
7 Installing Batteries (optional) Y our Boom Box can also be used with 8 D-Cell batteries as shown: 1. Push the battery cover latches forward and remove the battery compartment covers. 2. Insert the 8 D-Cell batteries follow the battery polarity as shown; then close the cover .

9 PROBLEM SOLVING Problem Solving Section For your assistance, we have listed a few common problems below. The System does not work Check that the Receiver is seated correctly . Check the Power Cable or Batteries. Make sure you have disconnected the Power adapter if you wish to use the batteries.

At least once every 30 days of use, perform the following checks: • Inspect the Boom Box connector for loose, bent or broken pins, misalignment, etc.
