AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a A ccessin g the pr oduct Access from the Internet Once connected, the Axis product is accessible on your local net work (LAN). To access the product from the Internet you must con fi gure your network router to allow incoming data traf fi c to the product.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a A ccessin g the pr oduct Con fi gure capt ure mode Capture mode de fi nes how image data is taken from the image sensor in regard to resolution and frame rate, prior itizing either one or the other. Capture mode is set the fi rst time the product is access ed.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a A ccessin g the pr oduct The Play button connects to the Axis product and starts playing a media stream. The Stop button stops the video stream. The Snapshot button takes a snapshot of the video image. The location where the image is saved can be speci fi ed in the AMC Control Panel.

Zoom bar – Use the arrows to zoom in and out, or click on a position on the bar to zoom to that position.

AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Settin g up the pr oduct Setting up the product The Axis product can be con fi gured by users with administrator or opera tor rights. Click Setup in the top right-hand corner of t h eL i v eV i e wp a g e .
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Video and Audio The video and audio settings ca n be used to optimize video a nd audio quality. You can con fi gure the following: • Vide o stream settings. See page 16 . •S t r e a m p r o fi les.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Image You can modify the image resolution and com pression, and rotate the image from the Im age tab ( Video & Audio > Video Stream ).
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Capture mode C a p t u r em o d ed e fi ne s how image data is taken from the ima ge sensor in regards to resol ution and frame rate, prioritizing eithe r one or the other. The capture mode is set the fi rst time the cam era is accessed.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio • Auto to set the shutter speed automatically. If required, use Max shutter to limit the shutter speed to prevent the frame rate from being reduced. For example, to get 30 fps, set Max shutter to 1/30.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio 2. Click Add . 3. The new view area appears under Selected view area . Enter a descriptive name in the Name fi eld. 4. Select an Aspect ratio and a Video stream resolution . 5. A new view area covers the whole image.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio 3. On the Basic tab, set the zoom level using the slider. The buttons < and > move the zoom position one step in either direction. The buttons << and >> move the zoom position in multiple steps in either direction.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Video and A udio Audio Input An external microphone or a line source can be connected to the product’s Audio-in connector. Con fi gure the audio input settings under Video & Audio > Audio Settings .

AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a PTZ (P an T ilt Zoom) PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom) The PTZ menu is available if digital PTZ (pa n, tilt and zoom) is enabled in at least o ne view area. For more information on v iew areas, see View Areas, on page 19 .
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a PTZ (P an T ilt Zoom) Guard Tour A guard tour displa ys the video stream from different preset po si tions, o ne-by -one, in a pr edetermined or der or at random and f or con fi gurable time periods. The enabled guard tour will keep running after the user has lo gge d off or closed the browser.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Detector s Detectors Camera Tampering Camera Tampering can gene rate an alarm wheneve r the camera is repositioned, or when the lens is covered, sprayed or severely defocused. To send an alarm, for example an email, an action rule must be set up.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Detector s Set up motion detection To set up a motion dete ction Include Window, follow these instructions : 1. Go to Detectors > Motion Detection . 2. Select a desired resolutio n for viewing while setting up Motio n Detection from the View in li st.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Detector s Low level (0%) Even very small objects trigger motion detection. An object that appears in the window triggers motion detection only for a very short time before it is co nsidered as non-moving.

For more information, go to www. axis.com/applications To upload an application, go to Applications > Packages , click Browse to locate the fi le and the n click Upload Package .
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Ev e n ts Events The Axis product can be con fi gured to pe rform actions when di fferent events occur, for example, start a re cording when motion i s detected. The set of conditio ns that de fi nes how and when the action is triggered is called a n Action Rule .
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a Ev e n ts For more information, see the online help . Recipients Recipients receive image fi les and noti fi cation messages. A recipient can be an FTP, HTTP or TCP server, a network share or an email address.

AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options System Options Security Users User access control is enabled by default and can be con fi gured under System Options > Security > Users . An administrator can set up other users by givi ng them user names and passw ords.
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options IEEE 802.1X IEEE 802.1X is a standard for port-based Network Admission Control p roviding secure authentication of wired and wireless network devices. IEEE 802.1X is based on EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol).
AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options To change the date and time settings, select the preferred Time mode under Ne w Server Time : • Synchronize with computer time sets date and time according to the computer’s clock. With this option, date a nd time are set once and will not be updated automatically.

AXIS P3367–VE F ix ed Dome Netw ork Camer a System Options Link-Local IPv4 Address Link-Local Address is enabled by default and assigns the Axis product an additional IP address which can be used to access the product from other hosts on the same seg ment on the loca l network.

Network Share Network share allows you to add network sto rage such as a NAS (Network Attached Storage) or any server that uses CIFS (Common Internet File System) and use them for storage of recordings.

Caution Improper use may cause unexpected behavior a nd loss of contact with the Axis product. Axis strongly recommends that you do not use this function unless y ou understand the consequences.
