After plugging the appliance into a wall outlet, allow the unit to cool do wn for 2-3 hours before placing any contents in t he Beer Dispenser compartment.
10 Reversing the Door S wing of Your Appliance This appliance has the capability of the door opening from either the left or right side. The unit is delivered to you with the door opening from t he left side. Should you desire to rev erse the opening direction, plea se call se rvice for reversal in structions.
11 Figure 1 Figure 2 Beer Keg I nsta ll atio n Ske tch Installation of CO 2 Regulator Attach the CO 2 regulator to the cylinder by turning the regul ator nut onto cylind er valve, making sure washer is securely in serted into connecting nut. Tighten snug using an adjustable wrench (not supplied) and assure ther e are no leaks.
12 Installation Of CO 2 Tank Fas terner ( see illust riation be low) Before install he CO 2 Tank to it’s position, mak e sure to attached the Regulator and the CO2 red hose first, securely tightened. The CO2 tank cus hion should also be sticked to the bottom of t he tank.
13 Connecting the beer to wer to coupler Make sure the washer is properly ins erted into the wing nut. Place wing nut into the top of the coupler turning until tight. How To Tap A Keg Of Beer Make sure the beer tower faucet is in the closed position.
14 Spann er F aucet Wren ch Spanner faucet wrench prov ided for either removing or t ightening connection Plastic Faucet Lever Attach the black plast ic lever (pull handle) provided o n the top of the faucet by ti ghten it by hand clockwise until the end, holding in the process the silver snug un derneath so it does not move.
15 OPERATING YOUR B EER DISPENSER Setting The Temperature To start, turn the temperature control knob to the maximum setting (6) to achieve coldes t position quickly. Allow the unit to run for 3 hours. Temperature range of t he thermostat goes f rom 36°F to 45°F (2ºC to 7ºC).

17 FLAT BEER Foamy head disappears quickly: beer lacks usual zestful brewery fresh flavor. Causes Corrections 1 Greasy glass Do not wash beer glass es together wit h glasses that hav e contained milk or any othe r fatty substanc e. Lipstick is a fatty substance.
18 OFF-TASTE BEER Often bitter and bitey, sometimes completely odor, carrying an unpleasant taste. Beer lines should be flushed after eac h barrel is empty. M aintain fresh, Clean, sanita ry conditions at bar. Smoke, kitchen odors, fly spra ys, and disinfectants will harm the tast and flavor of beer, making it unpalatable.
19 WILD BEE R Beer, when drawn, is all foam, or too much foam, and not enough liquid b eer. Cause Corrections 1 Improper drawing beer into g las s. Open faucet quickly and c ompletely. Ch eck and find the corr ect distance to hol d glass from fauc et when drawing.

27 Convierta su Dispensador de Cerveza en “Todo un Refrigerador” 1. Gire el contro l a la posición “OFF”. 2. Cierre la válvula principal en el cilindro de C O2 (GAS CARBONICO). 3. Cierre la válvula de desconexión secundaria en el tub o del regulador.
28 CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO Instalación de la puerta del Dispensador de Cerveza El Dispensador de Cerveza tiene la capacidad de po derse abrir no solo por la izquierda sino también por el lado derecho. La unidad viene con una puerta que se abre por la izquierda.
29 CERVEZA TURBIA La bebida no se muestra cristalina CAUSAS CORRECCIONES La temperatura del nivel de enfriamiento de las bebidas está muy baja La nubosida d en la cerveza es causada por excesiva baja temperatura, pa rticularmente cuando la cerveza permanece recostada en el espiral por un perio do de tiempo largo.
